Gray Quarry – Gray, Tennessee

The quarry features underwater attractions such as a Cessna airplane, boats, training frames, sculptures, and navigational markers, giving new divers a fun and realistic learning environment. With easy shore entries, classroom areas, gear-up stations, and onsite air fills, students can focus on mastering buoyancy, equipment handling, and underwater safety with confidence.

Training here prepares divers for real-world conditions in a safe, controlled setting—perfect for beginners and returning divers alike. All certification dives are completed at Gray Quarry in Gray, TN—our closest and most reliable open-water training site. Known for its calm conditions and diver-friendly setup, Gray Quarry offers depths up to 70 feet, wide training platforms, and clear freshwater visibility that often ranges from 20–40 feet depending on the season.
